Why we focus on kidney health

Chronic kidney disease affects a significant proportion of U.S. adults, often silently in its early stages. We chose to focus specifically on this area, rather than a broad range of unrelated conditions, so that our educational content and Ayurvedic consultations can go deeper on one topic rather than spreading thinly across many.

How our content is written

Our educational articles aim to explain kidney health terminology — eGFR, creatinine, CKD stages, and related tests — in plain language, so you can prepare informed questions for your doctor. Where we reference general research findings, we aim to present them as population-level information with appropriate caveats, not as a personal prognosis.
